We select from only the most well-evidenced molecules available and everything in your formulation serves a purpose, working in synergy and at peak-potency to deliver cellular change.   

Our key ingredients include: Azelaic Acid, Capric Trigylceride, Ceramides, Cholesterol, Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Hydrolysed Collagen, Hydroquinone, Ivermectin, Shea Butter, Squalene, Retinoic Acid.

SkinSizes™ are advanced skin typing based on the DNA code that influences how our skin looks, feels and ages. They represent Dr Emma Craythorne’s definitive dermatologically relevant breakdown of skin types, identified by analysing to what extent an individual presents with positive or negative function in four crucial areas: collagen, melanin, sebum and barrier.  

Once we know how your skin works at a cellular level, we know your SkinSize™. It tells us not only which ingredients, at which level and in which base will create the most effective prescription for your Klira Special but allows us to curate your ideal supporting routine from a selection of the most rigorously researched and well-evidenced brands. 

Once you’ve signed up to a membership and completed your SkinSize™ test, your results are reviewed by our Dermatology team, who send you their full clinical notes and confirm your final formulation.  

The Klira Special prescribed by the Dermatology team will do all the heavy lifting of your skincare routine and replaces all other serums or treatments that you may have been using.   

You will then receive a supporting routine with products to use alongside your Klira Special, tried and tested by our Dermatology, that is fit for your specific SkinSize™ – our goal here is to keep your routine simple and effective. 

This is delivered to you monthly, fresh from our London lab within 48 hours of being made. 

The special Your dermatologist prescribed special formula contains real medical ingredients that have the power to change your skin. They are made to be used in accordance with these instructions:  

1. 2 pumps, in the evening, no more and no less. The Klira application pump delivers exactly the correct dose of medical actives to your skin.  
2. Use broads apectrum SPF 50 every single day. UVA comes through windows and clouds, and you must protect your skin, which will be more sensitive to UV as a result of treatment. 
3. Be consistent. These ingredients create changes in your skin at a cellular level, which are lost if regular application is not maintained.  
4. Remove other actives. For the first 3 months simplify your routine, avoid exfoliation, all other actives and ‘enhanced’ formulas. For best results follow your Klira routine.  
5. Store the special at room temperature and out of reach of children.
