The process starts with the SkinSize™ test – a detailed and accurate assessment of your skin type.
But it doesn't stop there.
This isn’t your average five-minute skin quiz. Devised by Dr Emma Craythorne, the 51-question test analyses your skin’s collagen, melanin, sebum, and barrier – following the same structure used in her clinic.
At the end you’ll know your SkinSize™: your true skin type.
The Klira Dermatology team review your SkinSize™ analysis, photographs and medical history to evaluate your skin and create your bespoke Klira Special night-time treatment.
Your Klira Special is made to order every month in our London lab. This ensures peak potency of actives while allowing the dosage of key ingredients to evolve over time, continuously optimising for your skin.

The test is based on a global scientific study of the skin and the questions are structured to allow for some answer variance and still give an accurate result – in other words you can’t go wrong. All of your answers will be reviewed by our dermatology team, alongside the photographs you provide and any additional medical information in a full consultation before your Klira Special is prescribed.
Your final prescription is determined by the dermatology team who carry out their consultation by reviewing your SkinSize™ test answers, as well as your skin photographs and additional medical information answers (both of which you provide after choosing your plan). You will receive the clinical notes which explain their analysis of your skin and your prescribed ingredients.
